The London Community Gospel Choir at the Brit Awards 2012!

Blur picked up the special BRIT Award for Outstanding Contribution to Music and were joined on stage by LCGC to perform their late 90’s hit ‘Tender’. Damon Albarn spoke about his long-standing relationship with and expressed his love for LCGC as he introduced them to the audience. LCGC also featured on the original recording of ‘Tender’ and also in the video back in 1999. At its peak, this year's ceremony at London's O2 arena was watched by 7.4 million people.
